CEO & Event Planner

Elizabeth graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Apparel and Textile Design. She has been in the wedding industry for 8 years and it is her true passion.

While attending college, Elizabeth apprenticed with the ever-talented Ruby Chifane at Something Blue Bridal in Michigan Center, MI. She currently is the wedding hostess at Brooklyn Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn, MI.

She lives in Jackson, MI with her wonderful and supportive husband, Andrew and her son, Jonah.

Deborah attended Millikin University in Decatur, IL.,majoring in music education and communications. She has 35 years of experience in the wedding industry.

As the organist at Brooklyn Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn, MI, and the assistant choral teacher at Columbia Central High School, Deborah brings talent and a musical ear to our company.

She lives in Brooklyn, MI with her loving husband, Ted. She has three children and one son-in-law, Kate and Ben Carlson, Beth and Andy Hughes, and one grandchild, Jonah.


Amanda Hardcastle

Amanda graduated in the Spring of 2008 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a degree in Communications Studies. While attending U of M, Amanda worked in the Office of New Student Programs where she planned events around campus for the incoming students. Upon graduation, she worked for an event production company in Detroit, MI working on the National Auto Show Circuit. Her experience organizing travel and logistics for over 100 auto shows and special event cross the country brings a new level of expertise to our company that we are incredibly excited about!

Amanda grew up in Brooklyn, MI and currently resides in Royal Oak. She is the oldest of three sisters and enjoys spending time with her family when she gets back home to Brooklyn.


Kelly Houseworth

Heather Case
Jackson Area Director, Lead Decorator, & Event Planner

Heather attended Eastern Michigan University where she studied Elementary Education. While at Eastern she joined Sigma Kappa sorority, where her love of event planning really peaked. As Vice President of Alumni Relations and later Social Chair, Heather was able to show off her creative and unique eye while planning elegant formals, one-of- a kind semi-formals, and mixers with other sororities. Heather has also planned several fundraising events with alumni to help raise money for local and national charities.

Since college, Heather has continued to plan events such as birthday parties, family reunions, bridal showers, and elegant weddings. Her nine years of experience is exciting to add to our company.

Heather and her loving husband, Eric, live in the Jackson area, where they both enjoy relaxing with family and friends on the weekends.


Laura Devaney

Chicago Area Director & Event Planner

Laura's eye for quality and quest for perfection are just two of the reasons she loves planning weddings! Her career path has always centered on planning the perfect event, meeting or party. She has worked for the National Alzheimer's Association, Illinois Institute of Technology and most recently the American Heart Association, and in each of these roles she has planned and executed several large scale events, including several formal dinners for the Board of Directors at the Institute of Design, the North Shore American Heart Walk.  Attention to detail and adding special touches to such events are the trademarks of her success.

While taking several years to be a stay-at-home-mom to her two young children, Laura completed her college degree, graduating Cum Laude from Ellis University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Humanities, Communications and Psychology. During this time, she also assisted the planning of several events, including the Mardi Gras Fundraiser benefiting the outreach partners of her church, St. Mary's Episcopal in Park Ridge. Laura lives in Park Ridge, IL with her wonderful husband, Gary, and their two children, Tessa and Aidan.
